For CPA firms · nonprofit vendors · grant consultants
Stop buying lead lists. Get the nonprofits that filed a federal audit.
I built and run AuditRadar, a database of federal single-audit filings and IRS Form 990 data for all 50 states and DC. Your list is an export from public filings, with a source link on every row.
| Organization | City | Federal exp. | Auditor | Signal | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Permian Basin Regional Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse | Odessa | $1,422,392 | Boring & Company, PC | Auditor changed 2025 | FAC |
Row 1 is public on the AuditRadar Texas sample report
As shown on getauditradar.com, Oct 19, 2026. Figures change with each weekly pull.

A real report, ranked by signal
See your list before you pay for it
- The number of records that match your territory and filters
- 10 real rows from that match, with source links

The difference
Bought list vs. filing-based export
| Generic bought list | My export | |
|---|---|---|
| Source | Unknown or mixed origin | Federal Audit Clearinghouse, IRS Form 990, nonprofit websites |
| Proof | No way to check a row | A source link on every supported row |
| Contacts | Guessed or purchased emails | Exactly as filed in the audit report |
| Timing | No reason to call now | Signals: auditor changed, first audit, open RFP |
| Freshness | No date | Weekly refresh, data date on every file |
How it runs
From your filters to a ready file
Any row with a missing source link or a duplicate is replaced at no cost.
If the file does not match the filters we agreed, I fix it for free until it does.
- Contacts exactly as filed, never guessed
- No purchased or scraped lists
- An auditor on a filing is an observed fact, not a client list
FAQ
Before you hire
Are the emails verified?
The contact is the one the nonprofit printed in its own audit filing. I do not add guessed or purchased emails.
How fresh is the data?
The database refreshes weekly. Every file shows the date of the data it was built from.
What is the single audit threshold?
$1,000,000 in federal expenditures, up from $750,000, under 2 CFR 200.501. Filter your list around it.
What if my job is not in the database?
Tell me first. If the data is not there, I say so before you order.
Your next audit client is already in the filings.
Reply to my proposal with your states, your buyer and your list type. You get the match count and 10 free rows before you order.
